Bill is listed in the "Red Book" of municipal bond attorneys.
Bill has published numerous articles on financial and business topics for public officials. In 2011, he extensively rewrote the School Finance chapter of Maine School Law, Fourth Edition to keep officials up to date on statutory changes affecting school funding, school reorganization and charter schools.
