Drummond Woodsum attorney, Peter Felmly, has been elected Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Section representing employer interests. Peter has been elected to serve a two year term and will be co-chairing with Kristin Aiello.
In his practice, Peter Felmly counsels private sector employers and public schools in all aspects of labor law, employment law, and school law. He advises employers of all sizes on matters involving hiring practices, employment agreements, discipline and discharge practices, conducting workplace investigations, employee classification issues, and collective bargaining.
Peter has been a member of the MSBA since 2003. He is the former Chair of the New Lawyers Section, and served on the Board of Governors of the MSBA from 2008-2014.
