Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce that attorney Reid Hayton-Hull has joined the firm and will be practicing in the Real Estate Group. Based in the firm’s Portland office, Reid spent more than five years at a family practice honing her skills in real estate prior to joining the firm.
Reid represents clients in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial and residential real estate. She also represents clients in the areas of affordable housing development and management, including compliance and fair housing issues.
She is an honors graduate of Carleton College and of the University Of Maine School Of Law. She is admitted to practice in Maine and Massachusetts. While at Maine Law, Reid served as a Bernstein Fellow to the Honorable John Beliveau of the Lewiston District Court, a co-chair of the Women’s Law Association, an articles editor on the Maine Law Review and a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic.
