Adrianne Fouts joins Drummond Woodsum's Trial Services Group

We are pleased to welcome Adrianne Fouts as the newest member of the Litigation and Trial Services Group, working out of the Maine office.  Adrianne will concentrate her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and appellate matters.  She has successfully represented individual clients and entities alike in both state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative bodies.  A few of her representative clients have included a wind farm developer in a number of nuisance actions, an inventor of biometric payment technology against former counsel for failure to secure patent rights upon sale of the business and an insurance licensee in administrative disciplinary proceedings.

Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum in 2012, Adrianne practiced with another Portland law firm and clerked for the Honorable Ellen A. Gorman of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.  She is a member of the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project’s pro bono panel and serves on the board of the Maine Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
