Melissa Hewey, Drummond Woodsum's Trial Services Group chair, has been recognized nationally for her litigation skills. She has been selected as one of the top 250 female litigators in the nation.
Melissa's litigation cases includes schools, municipalities, colleges and universities, insurance companies, businesses and corporations, among others, as well as the impressive number of pro bono cases she takes on a regular basis.
In addition to her most recent honor, Melissa has been named Best Lawyers' Portland Lawyer of the Year for 2012 in the category of Employment Law Litigation and, not to be outdone, New England Super Lawyers has named her among the top 50 female attorneys in the New England area.
