Our New Hampshire office continues to grow as we welcome Tom Watson as the newest member of the firm in both the Business Services and Trial Services Groups, concentrating his practice in the areas of business law, civil litigation and real estate. Tom comes to Drummond Woodsum from Wiggin & Nourie.
Tom’s business practice includes business start-ups, acquisitions, finance, employment agreements, and general corporate and commercial transactions. His transactional work includes representing buyers, sellers, developers and financial institutions in the purchase, sale, financing, leasing and development of real estate. Wearing his litigation hat, he represents individuals in personal injury and marital litigation and individuals and companies in a wide range of commercial disputes including contract disputes, employment matters, construction, real estate and other business disputes. In addition, Tom has training and extensive experience serving as a mediator assisting businesses and individuals and their counsel in resolving differences prior to or during litigation.
