Participants will learn about enforcement issues with working landscape conservation easements. The presenters will address specific enforcement matters arising out of working forest and working farm easements, discuss the range of options available to land trusts to address such issues, and offer specific advice that arises from interacting with landowners who are balancing conservation concerns with operating a viable business.
