Drummond Woodsum Welcomes Business Attorney Chris McLoon

Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce that Chris McLoon has joined the firm and will be practicing in the Affordable Housing & Community Development Group. McLoon practiced at Verrill Dana for 14 years prior to joining Drummond Woodsum.

Chris’s practice is centered around transactional business and tax law with an emphasis on community and project development. He uses his combination of tax and transactional experience to work with developers and lenders involved in real estate development, affordable housing projects, and historic rehabilitation projects.

McLoon earned his LL.M from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Vermont Law School, cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from The University of Maine. He is admitted to practice in the States of Maine, New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
