Maine communities are often abuzz with school issues, and that buzz is now being amplified and accelerated by social media and the Internet – on Facebook, in online reader comments, Instagram and many other media. This clinic will address the legal and ethical responsibilities of individual board members’ use of social media as well as the board’s options for engaging in the online world to promote its policies and goals.
