The complex transaction, which closed on October 24, 2014, required significant efforts by Drummond Woodsum to ensure that the Company was best prepared for the next stage in the growth of its brand for a national and international market.
Founded in 1991 by Jonathan King and Jim Stott, Stonewall Kitchen has grown beyond its York, Maine headquarters to operate 11 stores and employ more than 300 people full time.
