In this clinic, the presenters will discuss how to investigate allegations involving criminal behavior of school employees, including embezzlement of school funds; what steps to take following the discovery of criminal behavior; what (and when) to report to the authorities; how to handle inquiries from the press; and what controls schools should have in place to prevent employee embezzlement and financial crimes.
