Reid Hayton-Hull is a real estate lawyer who represents clients in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial and residential real estate, including condominiums and affordable housing development. Her work also includes representation of landlords and tenants in residential and commercial leasing transactions.

Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum in 2016, Reid spent more than five years at a family practice honing her skills in real estate and the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of civil and probate matters. She has worked in the Maine Judicial Branch, overseeing the volunteer Guardian ad Litem program for protective custody cases (CASA).

She is an honors graduate of Carleton College and of the University Of Maine School Of Law. She is admitted to practice in Maine and Massachusetts. While at Maine Law, Reid served as a Bernstein Fellow to the Honorable John Beliveau of the Lewiston District Court, a co-chair of the Women’s Law Association, an articles editor on the Maine Law Review and a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic.
