Dick Spencer specializes in complex problems which require effective advocacy at the local and state levels and before administrative agencies, the state courts and the Legislature. He is among the State's experts in such diverse areas as land conservation, land use, municipal law, and public finance. Dick's approach to problems is intuitive and creative. He thrives on finding the answers to difficult and complex problems.
