Kimberly Pacelli is an Attorney and Higher Education Consultant who is intimately familiar with the unique circumstances and day-to-day challenges facing today’s colleges and universities. Her practice focuses on training and staff development, faculty and employee relations, student conduct issues, regulatory compliance, and policy development.

Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Kim served as Senior Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Bowdoin College where she oversaw the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs, and provided leadership, operational, budget and personnel oversight to the many central offices of the Division of Student Affairs. Kim also previously served as Associate Dean of Student Life at Harvard, providing key leadership for the Harvard residential life system and management within the Office of Student Life, and as the Director of Residential Life at Bowdoin.

While attending the University of Maine School of Law, Kim served as a judicial extern with Judge Kermit V. Lipez of the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and as Bernstein Fellow with the Maine District Court in York County. She also served as the Executive Editor for Maine Law Review. After earning her undergraduate degree at Bowdoin, Kim also earned a Master’s in Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she focused her studies on higher education administration.
