Kaitlyn Husar is a member of Drummond Woodsum's Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group.

Kaitlyn’s practice primarily focuses on bankruptcy matters and debtor/creditor litigation. She represents clients in bankruptcy cases, including debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, lessors and third parties acquiring troubled companies and/or their assets.

Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Kaitlyn worked for another prominent Maine law firm where she focused her practice on commercial real estate and corporate matters.

While in law school, Kaitlyn served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Peter G. Cary of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and was recognized by the American College of Bankruptcy as the 2015 Distinguished Law Student from the First Circuit. Upon graduation, Kaitlyn was the recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal for excellence in bankruptcy studies, as well as the Katahdin Recognition for Pro Bono Service (2015-2016).
